Physical exam: 25 year old woman with palpable mass in the right lower quadrant. Mass is palpable intermittently and reduces. You need a physical exam ASAP. Large abdominal mass: Thats a pretty large mass - it might be attached to the right ovary but grown into the left side of your abdomen - causing pressure on other structures including the ureters and or left ovary. Need more info: This is impossible to answer without doing an exam on this patient. If there is a visible mass on the outside of the abdomen it would be different than a palpable mass inside the abdomen. In either case, more tests may be needed to determine the diagnosis.
