Top of hands burn like their on fire when outside in the cold and even after i come in. Also burn when i put them in cold water. What could be wrong.

Need more info: There is something called cold agglutinin disease or something in this spectra that could be producing the symptoms. In addition, normal culprits of neuropathic pain like diabetes or even side effects of medication must be considered. It may also be due to poor circulation.
