Tried a PPI?: Have you tried a 2 week course of a PPI (e.g. PRILOSEC OTC)? This can help but takes a few days treatment minimum. Also, try to avoid all alcohol, NSAIDS, large meals or meals 1 hour before bed, smoking, acidic foods for a few days as well. ...Read more
