I Am Taking Hydrocodone Instead Of Oxycodone Will The Urine Test Tell The Difference At Hospital Lab
I am taking a prescribed dose of vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) and also prescribed oxycodone. Last urine test showed hydrocodone, no o-oxycodone. Could Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) cause this?
Test limitstion: This is a limitation of in office urine screen testing. The kind that are commonly used have a high error rate. The next step should be sending the urine out to a laboratory for confirmation. The tests done there are highly accurate. Office cup tests are enzyme linked immuno-assay, laboratories can do a test called liquid chromatography/ mass spectroscopy. ...Read more

What is a imms C5 drug screen? Is it a quick test or is it sent to lab? Is 9 day enough to be clean of oxycodone (everyday use) for a lab urine test?
Addiction: You will find that the doctors here are very concerned that all those with addiction problems find recovery. It is against our ethical concern to try to help someone game the system or to cheat on a drug screening. We want you not only clean, but healthy, happy, and to have a rich and purposeful life. I would approach your drug test knowing that since you use daily the test will catch that. ...Read more
IF I took a half a 7.5 hydrocodone 6 hrs before a urine test being sent to a lab will it test positive?
Why would hydrocodone show up in a urine drug test when u only take oxycodone and use fentanyl patches?
Because u r alive!: Those drugs are all opiods and the body has metabolic pathways that intraconvert one drug into another. That's biochemistry for you. You can look up the pathways in Goodman & Gilman if you want to. Great book on pharmacology. ...Read more

Depends on dose: In very high doses, it may still be present if you are tested by a very sensitive method, but if it was lower dose and one-time use, it would likely be negative after six days. However, if you are using hydrocodone without a prescription DESPITE being subject to drug testing, I would wonder if you have a real drug problem. Worry more about that than getting caught and you will be better off. ...Read more

I have a son who has been taking hydrocodone. He says he hasn't had any in 7 days but I a urine test is positive. Could it still be in his system?
I'm on oxycodone. My urine test came out negative though I'm taking it regularly. Can it be because the had the test 5 days after collecting my urine?
Possibly.: There are three potential explanations. 1.Oxycodone metabolites are usually undetectably after 72 hours especially if the urine is dilute. 2. The test did not include synthetic codeines like oxycodone. 3. If this was a mandated drug screen that required chain of custody (like for the DOT) it would be reviewed as negative (even though detectable) if you have a legitimate Rx. ...Read more
Just had a urine test and my biliruben was large what causes that, I've been on meds for 4 years for back issues. I take lyraca75 hydrocodone/ etolodac?
May or may not be: Related to your medications. In some people who are very sensitive to the effect, opioids (including hydrocodone) can cause spasm of the bile ducts which can elevate the level of bile in urine. One might expect to have right upper quadrant pain if this were happening, but it might be silent. Your doctor should check your liver enzymes, including direct and total bilirubin and alk phos. ...Read more
Yes they can: oxycodone will show up, depending on when you are tested after taking it, and what your specific metabolic pathways, as oxycodone, oxymorphone, morphine and codeine. Opana, which is hydromorphone will end up as morphine and codeine. At the final stage of metabolism, they both may look the same, but in most people you can tell which they took, sometimes by the ratios of metabolites. ...Read more

What can I take to rid oxycodone from my system so I can pass a urine test. Took one from my friends for a tooth ache.
Will acetaminophen show up positive for anything on a urine test. And if so what will it show up as? Also can hydrocodone cause a false-positive for meth on a urine test? I've heard there's a lot of things that can do that.
Urine toxicology: Employers don't usually care if you take acetaminophen or paracetamol. Hydrocodone is an opioid, related to oxycodone, morphine, etc while meth is in amphetamine class, so they won't cross react. However, many common consumer items can cause false-positives so do be careful. Check out http://goo. Gl/LeazzK & http://www. Medscape. Took oxycodone for1 week and have to pass urine test in 4 or 5 days need advice on achieving this?
Sorry about that: It should not be the job of any ethical professional to help some avoid detection on a drug test. What you need advice on is personal honesty and taking responsibility for your actions. If you have a drug problem, face it and get help. If you don't, you were being careless and reckless. You either need help with a substance use problem or with developing better character. Good luck. ...Read more

Is a 12 panel urine test able to differentiate between a Oxycodone hydrochloride 30 mg and a Percocet 10/325?
No: Tests for opiates vary and the fact it is a 12-panel test means little. Many urine opiate tests will not detect oxycodone, while others have a specific panel that will detect it. However, it cannot tell the difference between the oxycodone in a 30 mg tablet and that in a oxycodone-acetaminophen combo. Why are you concerned is my question? People with drug issues should be concerned with that. ...Read more
Urine test produced false negative for oxycodone and lorazepam have been on these meds 20 years doctor will not refill what do I do?
Tough spot: I can't say what your doctor is thinking, but I know that many doctors would think that someone is selling or giving away medications if a urine test is negative. Your doctor may consider a re-evaluation, a repeat urine test, or a blood test. However, urine tests tend to be given credence. ...Read more
I had surgery last week and on Sunday I took a oxycodone 5mg I have a drug screening today will it be out of my system it's a urine test being sent?
Will fentanyl show up on a normal 12 panel urine test? Friend has an Rx for percocet. Will fentanyl influence the results of his oxycodone levels too?
Most likely: Fentanyl will most likely show up as a positive test for opioids on a 12 panel urine drug screen. The panel does not have a specific test for fentanyl in the panel, but fentanyl is an opioid. There is a specific for oxycodone on the test that should be positive in someone taking Percocet. It is strongly recommended that a person be completely honest about what drugs have been used prior to test ...Read more

Does tylenol (acetaminophen) show up in oxycodone 5/325 on a urine test for doctor or will just oxycodone show only?
I am trying to flush out oxycodone and benzo overnight. What is the best way to rid my body of these drugs...how can I do that overnight. Urine test?
Be careful: There is no guarantee that you can get these drugs out of your system overnight. Because of the half life, most urine and blood tests will show up positive. More concerning is that sudden withdrawal from these medications may cause severe side effects which may be far worse than having a positive urine. Seek help from your physician and be honest to keep safe. Good luck. ...Read more

Will vicodin, oxycotin 80, and norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) show up as the same thing on standard urine test?
Depends on what: The test is for. Most home tests are specific for one or two drugs, so if it is a marijuana or Cocaine test, hydrocodone will not show up. If it is a multiple-substance test and tests for cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, marijuana etc., it will show up. If it is a specific test for opiates, hydrocodone will generally show up. Oxycodone sometimes doesn't unless it is in higher doses in some tests. ...Read more
