Many possibilities: Reflux is a major reason why people have voice problems in the absence of vocal abuse. Poor vocal technique can also be an issue. If you drink coffee or tea, stop. See an ENT : Any type of voice disturbance that lasts longer than 2 weeks should be evaluated with laryngoscopy to get a proper look at your vocal cords. It may end up being just residual inflammation that needs more time for healing, but you should have it evaluated to be sure there isn't something more serious going on with your voice. ...Read more

Rest: You might need some rest, specifically voice rest. Also an ENT exam would not harm at this stage trying to understand early if there any specific anatomic abnormality that might limit your ability to continue singing/acting at a professional level.
