Talk to your doctor: It's hard to pinpoint down, but constantly thirsty with low blood pressure and tired bring to mind either adrenal insufficiency or diabetes, which cause these symptoms through entirely different mechanisms. Many possibilities: Hi. You should see your doctor. We out here in internet-land can't get enough information. Almost any/every disease makes you tired, but most tired people don't have a disease. Diabetes can make you drink more, in which case you'd also pee more. I have no idea about sweet smelling sweat (except maybe your nose doesn't work!). ;-) I suggest you see your doctor.
