Could be diabetes.: These are two of the initial symptoms of diabetes. Tired because of the failure to properly use ingested carbohydrates for energy, and thirst because of frequent urination as your body spills sugar out into the urine. Also hunger, weight loss, blurry vision and tingling in the fingers and toes. Family history of Diabetes? Get some blood testing, please. Could be other things, too. ...Read more

Fatigue: Sometimes sleeping too many hours can actually lead to more fatigue, but not feeling rested after sleeping can be due to sleep apnea - this may cause mouth to become dry or sore. There may be something metabolic going on due to the other symptoms. Starting with your primary care doc, get some labs for thyroid, glucose and a general metabolic panel and considering sleep study would be wise. ...Read more

Talk to your doctor: It's hard to pinpoint down, but constantly thirsty with low blood pressure and tired bring to mind either adrenal insufficiency or diabetes, which cause these symptoms through entirely different mechanisms. There may be other concerns that arise as well, but it all boils down to needing to see a doctor for further evaluation, exam, and testing. Good luck! ...Read more

Many possibilities: Hi. You should see your doctor. We out here in internet-land can't get enough information. Almost any/every disease makes you tired, but most tired people don't have a disease. Diabetes can make you drink more, in which case you'd also pee more. I have no idea about sweet smelling sweat (except maybe your nose doesn't work!). ;-) I suggest you see your doctor.
