Yes: That is less than 2 a day. Most gummy vitamins are low potency and the only vitamins that are really toxic are taking massive amounts of pre-formed Vit A or iron. I don't know what brand you took but most gummy vitamins have little or no iron and little Vitamin A. Waste of money: B12 in excess quantities is rapidly excreted by the kidney. While this much daily probably won't hurt you, it won't help much at all. The typical daily dose for replacement of deficiency is 500mcg. Thanks for trusting HealthTap! ...Read more

However, one of the problems with "natural" medicines, herbal products, and nutritional supplements, etc is that their exact contents often are unknown, And even when known, there is little research on interations with other drugs. It is safe: It is safe for a non-pregnant woman of child bearing age to take a pre-natal vitamin. I'm not so sure it is going to help a whole lot with your hair growth. Manage your dandruff: Aggressively. See if you can use a basic dandruff shampoo alternating with ketoconazole. You'll need to get physician guidance here.
