I have a large dent in my lower right leg and it hurts to walk and causing my foot to swell. Also lower back pain but no dent in lower left leg.

I have a large dent in my lower right leg and it hurts to walk and causing my foot to swell. Also lower back pain but no dent in lower left leg.

Burning sensation and pain in lower right leg, numbing sensation in foot, pinching sensation in hip ? No back pain.

Burning sensation and pain in lower right leg, numbing sensation in foot, pinching sensation in hip ? No back pain.

My advice would be to get an EMG to rule out a radiculopathy, consider imaging of L-spine and Right Hip, and based on these results decide further tx. Buttock pain could be coming from back, hip or SI joint. Further w/u needed. ...Read more

Ive had lower back pain for about a week now. It does go down my right leg but Im feeling a bit nauseous. Could it be a kidney infeciton?

Less likely: Lower back pain that radiates down one leg is due to compression of the sciatic nerve by a herniated or bulging disc or arthritic changes in the spine. The pain is usually located in the low back well below the level of the umbilicus. Kidney pain from infection is located in the back at or above the level of the umbilicus(belly button). Kidney infection will be accompanied by a fever. ...Read more
