I get about 8 hours of sleep but during the day I always feel tired. What is that? Could it be my diet?
Sleep apnea?: It could be several things, the most common being heavy snoring with periods in which u stop breathing (apnea). This apnea causes low oxygen with abnormal sleep cycles which does not allow u to have quality rest, thus being tired. Other possibilities include anemia or chemical imbalances.
