I'm not 100% clear ?: on what it is that you would like to know, but I think you are concerned that your itching and back pain are potentially related to hypothyroidism. That is a legitimate concern if your hair is especially thin and brittle, if you have very dry skin, and if your depressive symptoms have worsened despite medication. Maybe (not) . . .: Hypothyroidism isn't usually my first thought when someone complains of a maculopapular rash although underactive thyroid has been linked to various rashes. Instead, loss of energy, undesired weight gain, inability to lose weight, cloudy thinking, depression, constipation, etc make me think more of hypothyroidism. Correct meds: Are you getting the correct meds? Check free T3 and reverse t3. Ft3 should be in upper range and rt3 in lower range.
