Hypothyroidism Cure In Homeopathy
Most trusted means of treating hypothyroidism is using english medicines or homeopathy or ayurveda?
Combination: Depending on the cause and extent of your hypothyroidism, you may need multiple kinds of treatment for best recovery. By "english medicines" i'm guessing you might mean thyroid hormone (like armour thyroid, synthroid, (thyroxine) nature-throid, etc) -- this might be required for your best functioning. Ayurveda for dietary & lifestyle. Homeopathy for individualized remedy to boost your restorative system.
Yes it can, BUT: Even though i'm a homeopath as well as a conventional physician, homeopathy would not be my primary recommendation for treating hypothyroidism. Replenishment of hormone is needed. Homeopathy can help whatever the body itself can heal -- and it can definitely help the allergies. You may also find some food sensitivities at the bottom of those, and dietary adjustments can make a huge difference!See 3 more doctor answers
Hypothyroidism: Hypothyroidism is a permanent condition requiring lifelong treatment in most patients. Treatment involves thyroid hormone replacement, unless the hypothyroidism is transient, such as following painless thyroiditis or subacute thyroiditis; or reversible (due to a medication that can be discontinued).

Doubt it: Hi. The only way a diet would cure hypothyroidism is if the hypothyroidism was due to iodine deficiency. We don't have iodine deficiency hypothyroidism in the US because iodized salt is everywhere. There is no diet that will cure autoimmune hypothyroidism. That requires thyroid hormone replacement.
Treated not cured: The most common cause for hypothyroidism in the us is autoimmune related. For most people, it is a permanent loss of thyroid function. It is easily treated by taking thyroid hormone daily, but it typically cannot be "cured", so that you don't have to take medication. Thyroid hormone however is relatively cheap and if taken correctly has no significant side effects.
No: Hi. If you have celiac disease, avoiding gluten will help that, but in the absence of celiac disease and presence of hypothyroidism, avoiding gluten will do nothing to cure your hypothyroidism (nor will anything else, by the way). If you are in fact hypothyroid, you need to take thyroid hormone replacement. Good luck!See 1 more doctor answer
Not usually: Occasionally, hypothyroidism is caused by a temporary condition such as thyroiditis, or inflammation of the thyroid gland. Such cases usually do resolve, and the thyroid goes back to making normal amounts of thyroid hormone. Most of the time, however, the thyroid gland makes less and less thyroid hormone over time, and lifelong treatment with thyroid hormone is needed.See 2 more doctor answers
No: You must take thyroid replacement hormone to regain normal thyroid function.
Stay on medication: Hypothyroidism is due to underproduction of thyroid hormone by the thryoid gland. The most common reason the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone (in the us) is due to autoimmune destruction of the gland. In this case levothyroxine is the medication of choice. Thyroid hormone does have a significant impact upon metabolism so it is very important to stay on a well balanced diet.
Someone posted " is hypothyroidism curable" a dr stated that it is if you continue taking meds . So if a cure meant taking meds for life that can't me curable just regulated. Doesn't cure mean heal?
Maybe: It really depends on the reason why one is hypothyroid. If it is due to environmental toxicicity, such as heavy metals or endocrine disrupters, avoiding exposure and decreasing toxic load may help and your thyroid may recover in time. But it is not easy, and you need a skilled doctor to help you.See 1 more doctor answer
