Not unless euthyroid: If you mean your thyroid level is still not properly corrected, then, no, it is not likely that any diet med/option will help lose weight. If you are on meds and thyroid stimulating hormone is down, then any good program that you commit to will help, average maintainable loss is 1-2 pounds per week, so be patient with your efforts. ...Read more
