Maybe and no: Hi. The anemia may be related to blood in stools. You could have some inflammatory bowel condition, which could be autoimmune. Your hypothyroidism is autoimmune in all probability. And you're not hypoglycemic; that's a nonsense diagnosis unless you take insulin.
