Mild hypothroidism is often asymptomatic. There are many possible symptoms of hypothyroidism, depnding on the severity, but common ones are: fatigue, loss of energy, lethargy, wt gain, decrease appetite, cold intolerance, dry skin, hair loss, sleepiness, muscle/joint pain, weakness in extremities, depression, emotional issues--just to name a few.

Breast growth: Thete are no studies to show that any vitamin or herbal therapy actually increases breast size. Breast tissue is responsive to hormonal changes like estrogen and progesterone.
