Yes: Technically yes, there is no connection between thyroid replacement medications and sleeping pills (im assuming prescription) as far as safety. Im assuming you are taking them long term due and have failed otc such as melatonin, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) etc and have no serious issues such as sleep apnea. ...Read more

Multiple Things: Insomnia can be tricky. Anxiety and low thyroid can effect your sleep cycle. Make sure both are well controlled. Sleep hygiene is also an important factor to consider and make sure you have good hygiene practices. I use a sleep diary and manipulation of sleep schedules to condense sleep and reset the sleep cycle. Speak to a sleep specialist for help ...Read more
