If getting worse up to 3 days after use, then worth getting checked out (especially if any associated nausea, vision changes, limb weakness or coordination problems). No: Someone who is ok would not take this quantity of paracetamol. Most likely toxic effects of paracetamol will be limited but for sure he needs to be assessed to determine what prompted this behavior in the first place. ...Read more

Its possible: There have been several controvertial issues/reports regarding these products. I would stop them for a week or so and see if mood and headaches improve. If both issues return after restarting then i think you have your answer. ...Read more
