BM, SOB, L arm pain: Have an EKG< see a Dr. do a thyroid profile, do a treadmill test. She may have coronary disease, and ischemic heart failure. Do a lipid profile and Glucose Hb+ AC1 She must see an endocrinologist and be on therapy as required. Have a cardiologist rule out coronary disease.
