Exercise and eval: You did not indicate if your hyper lordosis was in the lumbar spine. Assuming it is, abdominal flexion will move the spine in the opposite direction, and strengthening the abs may slow or prevent further movement; however, you need a full eval to determine measurements of curve and the cause. Doubtful: It's very unlikely that tightening of the rectus muscles during a tummy tuck will cause changes in the curvature of the spinal column. During this procedure, we suture fascia to fascia and this connective tissue can only hold so much tension before it tears.
