I have tiny holes in the creases of my palms. They look like tons of tiny pin pricks. When tuned or scratched the skin easily comes off. What are they?
Iv had a pain in the left hand side of my head, not constant but at least a few times a day and sometimes severe.. Annadin extra helps.. Not a headace?

Dyshidrotic eczema: Sounds like dyshidrotic eczema which is a dry skin condition. Treat with topical steroids, moisturizers and antihistamines. See your doctor to get stronger strength topical steroids. Otc cortisone does not work very well. Hello. I cut a part of my palm (wound is as large as a dime, maybe slightly larger). There is skin hanging off. Should i cut it off or leave it on?
LEAVE IT ALONE:
Place the flap on the wound ("close it") and cover with dry dressing! See your Family Physician or Primary Care Provider for evaluation. INFECTION in that are can be SERIOUS!

Itchy palms: I'd suggest to avoid scrubbing or washing with soaps for the time being - they could irritate and dry out the skin more. Try some eucerin cream or if no improvement, a very mild Hydrocortisone cream.
