Vage pain in my left whole body side, from head to leg. With extra discomfort at the back of my left shoulder. Slight numpness in left hand fingers?

Any known reason?: If a person has new, weird symptoms and sensations up and down only one side of the body, and has no known reason for it, he can be evaluated at the er (or call his primary care doctor if the doctor is available). The worry is that it may be a neurological problem such as a mild stroke, or some pressure/irritation on the spinal cord. ...Read more

Why doesn't the skin on my palms get tanned when I lay out in the sun?

They can tan: The palms of your hands can tan. It's just that most people when they tan don't lie with their palms face up so they don't get as much sun and therfore don't tan. You should always wear a broadspectrum sunscreen for uva and uvb rays with an spf of 30 or greater to help protect against skin cancer. ...Read more

Yesterday, i had itchy palms and skin and the situation got worst at night! i was not even able to sleep the previous day.Any advice?

Itchy palms: I'd suggest to avoid scrubbing or washing with soaps for the time being - they could irritate and dry out the skin more. Try some eucerin cream or if no improvement, a very mild Hydrocortisone cream. Try to think if you've had any new irritants to your hands -scented lotions or perfumes, gloves, washing them more often... And try to avoid any triggers. ...Read more

I recently had a discharge that looked like skin. It was half the size of my palm. What could this be? Could it be cancerous?

Not cancer: If it was a single piece of tissue- probably a decidual cast. This would be most likely if you are on hormonal contraception or have high Progesterone levels. It indicates a reaction to something, . ...Read more

Skin peeling excessively in the palms of my hands? Is it a type of eczema?

Can be: It could also just be dry skin. The fact it is excessive kind of implies to me that you are unable to control the condition to your liking. Therefore, i wold recommend a visit to the dermatologist who likely will be able to help solve your problem or keep it at bay and minimize it. (sometimes if hands exposed to excess water like when doing dishes or harsh checmical this can also occur.). ...Read more
