Typically effective: In the US, the major supplier of these machines is R.A.Fischer. They make two models (MD-1a and MD-2). Both are very effective for palmar hyperhidrosis. In Europe, other companies make machines: Hidrex and Idromed. Both of these also have good reputations. You need to start with daily usage, and then can slowly decrease the frequency once symptoms improve. ...Read more
