Preterm labor: IF you are 34 weeks and already dilated to 3.5 cm then you are at very high risk for preterm labor. It sounds like your doctor is aware of this since you already got steroids for fetal lung maturity. Not necessarily: The sac is not 2 weeks behind, what you give is 1 week 1 day behind. This is 1 week's growth over 1 week. Maybe contractions: could get stronger and closer or sometimes go away if they get stronger and the same frequency or closer together for a few hours then call your OB, if your cervix has changed that means early labor , at 36 weeks as long as you and baby are OK no one is going to encourage your labor ...Read more
