Can I still get pregnant if my boyfriend hasn't fully broken my hymen yet? Because im showing a lot of pregnancy symptoms
When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more
In virgin pregnancies where hymen is intact, does hymen breaks under the pressure of the baby, or it remains intact during the whole pregnancy?
Theoretical question: If or when such a pregnancy occurred, the hymen could remain intact until delivery. Yet that would pre-suppose that no obstetrician ever did a formal exam of the patient to see if it was likely her pelvis was an adequate size to deliver naturally. The structure would prevent that exam and would need to be cut during labor to allow proper assessment of the progress of labor. ...Read more

May be not, but...: Although the described scenario posed low likelihood to get pregnant, the game you played is a typical example for accidental pregnancy. But once it's done, move on, and get a home pregnancy test soon missing the expected period and repeat it in 5-7 days as needed, besides watching some pregnancy-related symptoms. Mild intercourse with hymen intact, no ejaculation inside or near her vagina. Had Unwanted 72 within 1.5 hours. Chances of pregnancy.
No real answer...: Your practice to prevent pregnancy is not vigilant enough, but taking Plan-B pill within 3 days after non-protected intercourse still holds its high success. Nevertheless, always do HPT in 7-10 days after missing period & repeat it in another 7-10 days if the first HPT is (-) & still in doubt since no contraceptive has ever had 100 % of success. More? Seek evaluation/ counseling. Best... ...Read more

Thnx doc. But his preejaculation semen touched my vagina accidently, but it was jus one finger nd my hymen didn't break is pregnancy possible?
Very unlikely: It has been estimated that in about 1/3 of men, their pre-cum fluid can contain viable sperm though in low numbers compared with actual semen. Also, sperm deposited outside or near opening of vagina are capable of but less likely to reach the cervix. And lastly, the above events would have to occur during your "fertile window" (3-5 days before and including day of ovulation) for pregnancy to occur ...Read more

No damage: The hymen is a circle of elastic tissue around the vagina opening, like a stretchy bracelet or collar. It's not a solid layer of skin. Proper use of a tampon won't damage a hymen; the hymen will stretch to let a tampon be inserted. It may hurt if not done gently. ...Read more
Yes: The hymen may be very fragile or very strong. A thin, fragile hymenal membrane will require very little pressure to cause perforation. For many women the hymen becomes perforated as a result of their normal physical activity. ...Read more
It depends: Every women's hymen is different. Most don't completely obstruct the vaginal entrance, otherwise you wouldn't be able to pass your menses! So there is space for the insertion of a tampon, for some it may be a little space for others a lot. Remember it's possible to "tear" your hymen without even having sex, as some very physical activities can "tear" the hymen too. ...Read more
Depends: Sometimes the hymen tears during childhood due to certain non-sexual activities; this may present as slight spotting.
