That's a tough one.: Bezodiazepines dont cause weight gain, work well but can be addicting so use cautiously. Hydroxyzine (vistaril) and Buspirone (buspar) are minimally effective & don't cause weight gain they deal mostly with anxiety & may help OCD some.
