Yes, but?: Amicar (aminocaproic acid) is used to stop bleeding in surgery, it only has a half life of 2 hours, so nearly all gone in 12 hours. Analysis: Why do you take all these items?. Where did you find such advice? Glutathione is a wonderful anti-oxidant, but does NOT cross into the brain, so of questionable value in bloodstream. Milk thistle extract has questionable benefit in most cases. Alpha lipoic useful in peripheral and central nerve disorders. You are far better off using mixed tocopherols, especially with gamma. Specific & limited: Pregnenolone is an adrenal hormone made from cholesterol, and is the pre-cursor for sex-steroid hormones. It is said to 'improve mood, ' but no strong data support. To my knowledge there is no role for it's use as a supplement. Aromatase inhibitors are for treatment of some breast cancers; they're also used off-label for ovulation induction in women.
