My 6 month old has been on hydrocortisone valerate ointment USP 0.2% for 3 months i'd like to get him off it. Can i just stop it without side effects?

If that has not been solved yet, stopping the cream is likely to lead to flare-up of whatever problem you were treating - i suspect some type of eczema. Do not use this: Ear drops are way too acidic for the eye. Most of them are in the 3.0 to 4.0 range. Eye drops tend to be more neutral and will sting intensely as the PhH drops below 7. If you squirt a lot of ear drops into an eye, you may get a chemical burn.
