Depends: For mild case, Prep H ( at least at one time the most shoplifted item) may work . See your doctor if there the problem persists since not all hemorrhoids are created equal. Be sure to eat enough fiber in the diet to avoid constipation- a risk factor for hemorrhoids. ...Read more

Not clear: Hi. I'm not sure why you're taking rectal hydrocortisone (HC). Hi dose exogenous glucocorticoids can cause Cushing's. However, rectal absorption of HC is poor compared to oral. If rectal dose was low, it seems unlikely it caused a high salivary cortisol. How long after suppository was saliva test collected? You need to stay off HC, do 24-hr urine cortisol, cortisol and ACTH with sex suppression. ...Read more
