Does not sound : Like cancer since it is on both breasts. Have you tried sarna lotion for the itching? It is temporary but really helps itching. What type of soap are you using. Either do not use any soap directly on the breast or use cetaphil. Do not use perfumed products either. ...Read more

Couple of days: Next time, use a very diluted Retinol (add moisturizer and let your skin dry completely before applying. Any moisturizer with Shea butter would feel good and not aggravate this. Steroids should not really be applied to the face unless the reaction is very severe. ...Read more

For poison ivy?: Since it is summer, & guessing by the way you phrase your question, you are asking what is the best way to treat allergic contact dermatitis. Calamine is not harmful, and may reduce the itch somewhat. I haven't found it helpful personally or professionally.
