How long will it take for my red rough cheeks to heal after stopping using a retinol and applying hydrocortisone? (stopped retinol lotion two days ago)

Couple of days: Next time, use a very diluted Retinol (add moisturizer and let your skin dry completely before applying. Any moisturizer with Shea butter would feel good and not aggravate this. Steroids should not really be applied to the face unless the reaction is very severe. ...Read more

I have been dealing with an itchy anus for two months now. I've tried gentle cleaning, witch hazel, and hydrocortisone cream, bu it still itches after I go poo. What could be the cause? I don' have hemorrhoids by the way

THe most: Common cause of anal itching especially if it wakes you from your sleep is caffeine followed by excess perspiration. Do not use witch hazel! cut out all caffeine and use corn starch powder on your bottom when getting dressed and whenever you feel dampness or itching in that area. Avoid petroleum based creams of any kind. ...Read more
