Is it bad to take three low dose norco, (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and loratab or a narcotic together? Heart rate is 80-90's when moving but when sleep goes to low 40's.

take as directed: Ibuprofen tablets are usually 200 mg - and you should check that. A typical dose is 200, 400, or 600 mg at one time, and i can not tell from your question whether you took "3 ibuprofins" each time, or "1" each time. In any case, Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) should not be a problem in addition to the ibuprofen, if it was prescribed by your dentist / oral surgeon.
