How long does Hydrocodone/acetaminophen 7.5/3.25 stay in your system. Been off for 4 days. Have to take a urine test.
Hydrocodone 20 hrs: In general, 97% of a 10mg dose of hydrocodone would be eliminated after 20 hours. In addition, 97% of 325mg of acetaminophen would be eliminated after 15 hours. Be careful: Everyone can react differently to pain meds. I always rec the lowest dosages possible. The most at one time would be 2. With your side effects, I might rec a 1/2 or just one pill every 6 hours if needed. You also should talk to the prescribing MD and see if there is another med option to reduce your side effects. Overdosing on a pain med also varies. The side effects you have may suggest too muchSee 1 more doctor answer

Post varicocele surgery norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) 7.5/325 causes anxiety and shaking. Is it safe to take 0.5 mg Ativan with this?
Stop it &. ..: Just stop taking Norco and try taking other kind of pain medications. This would be better than adding Ativan, which may further compound the wanted side effects from drugs. In fact, in 2 days, most of surgical pain should evolve and fade to a bearable level for which pain killers like Tylenol (acetaminophen) should suffice to ease the pain. So, contact your surgeon for replacing it with others.

See a pain specialis: Complex regional pain syndrome can be tough to treat. Sometimes nerve blocks can help. Just going up on pain pills will not solve the problem long-term. Ask your primary doctor to refer you to an anesthesiologist, a doctor who specializes in pain management. This kind of physician can help manage your pain meds, and see if there is a nerve block that can help you. Good luck!See 1 more doctor answer
As prescribed: Any narcotics should be taken as prescribed by md.
Depends: Hydrocodones as a class are powerful analgesics but have potential side effects and can be addictive, should be used short term for severe pains. I admire your question at age of 13.For me it's more important to understand the cause of the pain and treat that. There are other strong pain control medications which are relatively safer. Let your parents take you to the doctor if its for you.See 3 more doctor answers
