I am taking one tablet of 300/12.5 hydrochlorothiazide to treat pre hypertension and noticed a frequent back pain. Is there any relation between them.
I've Menièrés, bipolar, ADHD & migraine.
Could Topiramate treat these conditions better than Metoprolol combined with hydrochlorothiazide?
No way to tell: Neither the topiramate nor the combo you mentioned are considered the Gold Standard drug to treat ALL 4 of the conditions at the same time. Why? Before acting, one has to consider the balance between medical necessity & possibility. ...Read more

But for the ramifying issues after varicocele surgery should be addressed in collaboration with your surgeon and at times seek a second opinion. Best wish... ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Some use 2x/day: Hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) is a mild diuretic most often used to treat hypertension. It is often used once daily but some use 2 times a day. So, it is ok to use 2x/day, but i would advise that you check with your doc to find out why you would need to use 2x/day, especially being your age at 24?
