See your doctor...: You have multiple urologic complaints: penile pain and discoloration, and testicular pain. I would recommend seeing your doctor and having a physical exam including a rectal exam. Here are some: Did the urine look grossly bloody while feeling urethral irritation at voiding? If so, be checked out for UTI (bacterial/viral); besides, consider, check, & treat for common STD such as chlamydia, especially with urethral discharge. If no UTI is confirmed, gross bloody urine needs to be evaluated with CT.IVP + cystoscopy despite age 26. As to hydrocele, it may not be related with bloody urine. ...Read more
