I'm 25-year-old overweight, irregular period and I have genital herpes me and my husband trying to conceive over a 1 year but we are unsuccessful?
Me and husband r trying to conceive. When he ejaculates it always seems to come out of me. Why is this?
Some semen flowing out of vagina after ejaculation is common depending on the volume and site of ejaculation. It's a good practice to stay on bed as long as you can after receiving ejaculation if hoping pregnancy is your wish. At least, you got c-section before; and I assume it's with your current husband. If not, a different story has to be considered and addressed.

Unclear: It looks as if your cycles are regular which is a good thing when trying to conceive. I'm not sure why app would say your next period is due 10/13 when your last one started on 8/29? Seems like app might be off. It's possible that you're newly pregnant, though pregnancy test might not be positive yet, you can always check.... Otherwise, the symptoms would be related to your hormones. ...Read more

Track cycles: Bethany, PCOS may cause infertility by irregular ovulation. Track your cycles (mark them down). Ovulation usually is mid-month. You can buy OTC ovulation kits to see when/if you are ovulating. These turn positive 1-2 days BEFORE you ovulate, and that's the best time to have sex.If cycles are irregular, there are meds that can help you (metformin, clomid, (clomiphene) letrozole). take a prenatal starting now. ...Read more

That's good: That's the optimal timing for TTC, although if there's a "next time" it might be a bit better trying the day before and the day of ovulation. Believe: Believe it or not, there are rare reports throughout the world of women conceiving with their own eggs and delivering babies. However, these pregnancies are material for the guinness book of world records, and no woman can expect to conceive after 60 with her own eggs. The average age of menopause is 51, so most women have no menstrual periods by then. Even women with normal menstrual periods have markedly diminished fertility by age 40, so that only 13% of women can conceive with their own eggs after age 45. In vitro fertilization using donated eggs has allowed more women in their forties to conceive. Theoretically, pregnancy can be established in the uterus after age 60, and it has been done. However, there are great concerns about the health of the woman and the child, and almost all programs in the United States believe it is wise to limit conception with egg donation to healthy women aged 50 or under. With more data about pregnancy outcomes, some programs will consider slightly older women who are very healthy. ...Read more
