Numbness in some toes after wearing heels. Walked barefoot in cold. Has lasted a week. Hurts to curl toes. No swelling/discoloration. What is wrong?
Numbness: You didn't say where the numbness is. If it is at toes 3 and 4 it could be a neuroma. The walking barefoot in the cold, while not very smart, may not be a complicating factor unless you have frostbite.
