Sharp, shooting pain on my right uper back hurt when I cough for the past 3 days no pick up any heavy thing or exercise following with fever too.

Fever at night: If this fever just started then it is a normal response of the immune system, most likely to a viral illness. I have always noted that in children symptoms of fever, wheezing, etc. Are always worse at night. Our own normal body temperatures fluctuate and are higher at night.
