Artificially, yes.: If you have a slumped over posture, then correcting your posture, either by training yourself to have better posture or by wearing some assistive device, would make you seem taller because you wouldn't be slumped over anymore. Glasses? Stretching: Your eyesight may be poor but a good optometrist or ophthalmologist souls be able to help you with an improvement in vision so you don't hunch over your computer as much. In addition it would certainly be worthwhile for you to learn proper stretching exercises and to do them for 10 minutes prior to start of work. Exercise is better.: It is far better to exercise and strengthen the muscles in your shoulder and back to correct posture.
