How well does humira (adalimumab) actually work for psoriasis? And what does it mean to be moderate/severe?

Psoriasis involving mainly the skin, phototherapy may be helpful. But for arthritis, Humira (adalimumab) (and other tnf inhibitors) is a good option. They all have similar side effects- the risk of severe infection. Good luck to you. ...Read more

Was on humira (adalimumab) weekly&psoriasis came back. Now on enbrel&25mg methotraxte. Do u think psorias will clear? Y did humira (adalimumab) stop working? Stress overpower it?

Both work: It's your these medicines are effective. The reason medication stop working may depend on many factors. Sometimes the body develops resistance to a medication that is working fine. You doctor can better answer this. ...Read more

STELERA/HUMIRA/METHT: Well if you have no improvement with Humira (adalimumab) and methtrexate, than there is no harm in trying stelera. Discuss with your doctor that it is not working, so what is the harm in trying if stelera will work for you
otherwise you can get a second opinion from another dermatologist. ...Read more
