Usually no symptoms: Oral HPV infections are not rare, but a lot less common than genital ones. Almost all oral HPV infections are asymptomatic and invisible: no warts, bumps, pain, burning, or anything else. When warts do appear, they are painless bumps, often with a "cauliflower" appearance. Not necessarily: If you are referring to a cervical biopsy, you have cervical hpv. Most condyloma are low risk hpv, but it is possible to be high risk type. Mild dysplasia requires no treatment. 80% of this will clear spontaneously. Generally cervical hpv does not cause external or vulvar warts/condyloma. ...Read more

Assume she will: But what's the real concern? Almost everyone has met at least one or two strains of HPV. If she complies with proper health care protocols, it's essentially no danger to life, and if she also develops warts (which is unlikely), they can be treated.
