HPV: Unlike to be developing symptoms of hpv this soon, but assuming you were performing oral sex on a man, gonorrhea is certainly possible to be producing symptoms rapidly. No symptoms from HPV: Pharyngeal cancer due to HPV is thousands of times rarer than strep throat. It doens't occur at age 21, rarely shows up before 50. Oral HPV and throat cancer cause no symptoms -- no pain, no sore throat, nothing; so strep symptoms are never HPV.
