It's not too soon: The tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea (vaginal or urethral swab, or urine) are valid any time more than 2-3 das after exposure. Nine days (Feb 8 to 17) definitely isn't too soon. However, the blood tests for syphilis and HIV generally aren't valid until a few weeks after exposure.
