It's not too soon: The tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea (vaginal or urethral swab, or urine) are valid any time more than 2-3 das after exposure. Nine days (Feb 8 to 17) definitely isn't too soon. However, the blood tests for syphilis and HIV generally aren't valid until a few weeks after exposure. (But sometimes it's a good idea to have an early test as a baseline -- then a later test to see if it turns positive.) ...Read more

HPV: Unlike to be developing symptoms of hpv this soon, but assuming you were performing oral sex on a man, gonorrhea is certainly possible to be producing symptoms rapidly.
