Purging (vomiting or laxitvie abuse) or even intense exercise compensates for the massive calorie overload that can occur with binging. Depends how: "ideal weight" is subscience / entertainment. Many elite athletes, especially runners, have light, amazingly efficient muscle and no body fat. This is great and it's fine. If you simply starve yourself in the hopes of improving your definition, and aren't doing healthy exercise, you'll end up disappointing yourself but it's a risk to health only if you're abusing your body. Get checked.: First, make sure you are healthy generally. See a doc for a physical to be sure there is no medical reason for your low weight. Then count your blessings, if you are the skinny type! Fat kills. A regular exercise problem, including weight training, will make the most of your muscles, and since you are thin, your muscle definition will be great, too and you'll look really good quickly. ...Read more
