Hard to say,: It's mostly a comfort and mobility issue. If you have any mobility issues then larger balls will be easier to get up from. Then you next issues will be what you plan on doing with them, different exercise require different sizes and that's bit too complicated to answer in this short space. ...Read more

Who knows: Who knows if it's safe, 'cause it's never been studied. What is known is that it doesn't help anyone, so why even take the risk? Get it checked out: You may be over-training, or doing too much of the same kind of exercise. It's easy to fall into a "trance" when you do the same exercise every day and set yourself up for repetitive stress injury. Regardless, any persistent pain should be checked out. ...Read more

No way to tell: Unfortunately, dietary supplements are regulated as foods (as opposed to drugs). As such, they are not required to undergo the same testing (or prove their claims to be true). I like it natural: Unfortunately there is a need to gain muscle or lose weight quickly. The products you describe could possibly gain muscles but without researching it these could be harmful to your body. My approach would be to go the natural route without special supplements.
