Should I take a break from running after a fall that resulted in scraped knees? They are sore but not deep wounds.
Tricky: without an exam, I can only give general information. Superficial injuries are just that. High mileage: Worn out articulation-arthritis of knee. Consider taking an anti-inflammatory medicine such as Motrin (with food and water) a couple of hours before running (as long as you don't have diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease-then ask your doctor for guidance, and you could use tylenol prior to the run instead (unless you have liver disease : ) ) ! geez! ...Read more

During workout while running the inside part between ankle and knee part of my leg hurts. After running the inner part will be sore for 2-3 days.
