I had malar rash+fatigue+dermatographia and last CBC test show slight increase in htc, uric acid increased, ANA -ve, no arthritis?

I had malar rash+fatigue+dermatographia and last CBC test show slight increase in htc, uric acid increased, ANA -ve, no arthritis?
