I have been experiencing muscle spasms similar to a charlie horse in my right deltoid (anterior/lateral) when i stretch or reach. Do not lift weights?

My glutes and legs are trained from playing basketball. I however seem to have an anterior pelvic tilt. Would my psoas need to be stretched?
Psoas Stretch: The iliopsoas muscle starts up in the low back and pelvis and attaches into the femur. The tighter it becomes, the more anterior pelvic tilt occurs. Costal cartlidge : Sounds like maybe the junction at the bony and cartilaginous portion if the ribs partially disconnected. This wouldn't necessarily show up on an X-ray.
