"Stomach" cramps may be from strong muscular contractions of stomach, intestine, gall bladder, ureter or uterus. The location and cause of the cramps needs to be determined to address the proper treatment. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Depends on cause: This is difficult to answer because stomach cramps can represent pain from any internal abdominal organ, not just the stomach. If you have fever, tenderness to the touch, vomiting, or severe constipation call a doctor. Otherwise, low tech remedies include light exercise, heat, massage, stretching, and breathing. So many causes: Impossible to give an answer without more info: age, other medical issues, current medications, travel, etc. However red flags are weight loss, night time symptoms, blood in stool or vomit, fevers, severe pain that lasts for more then 1 hour. Eval: Get evaluated. Dysmenorrhea can be caused by polyps, fibroids & adenomyosis. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, extra salt & junk carbohydrates. Depends: Not sure what bad food means but usually ant acids and gas relievers such as gas-x help. But if these measures don't work along with avoidance of the "bad food" then a thorough GI work up by your doctor may be needed. Read more
Is it from period?: Nsaid’s, ssri’s, hormone meds, otc meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise & acupuncture are excellent for pms / period. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Get gyn eval to r/o underlying pathology. Consider omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium (supplementation or through diet) or black cohosh with dr ok. Sipping chamomile & green tea can dissipate pain. Ginger helps w nausea. Read more
