There is no easy answer here but a few suggestions:
1. Swallow less air. This is best achieved by eating slower, not talking when eating, and eating less temperature hot foods (when food is hot we inhale a lot of air to cool it down)
2. If this doesn't help, simethicone (gas-x) can help dissolve gas particles and make gas easier to pass

Gas build up: If you know it's a gas build up, drinking warm water and applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen helps break down the gas and enables you to pass it. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals helps to prevent the gas build up. ...Read more

While it doesn't sound that concerning, given the discrepancies on your chart, I'd err on the side of caution. IBS: This sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, a condition that can cause alternating cycles of constipation and diarrhea, and chronic abdominal cramping. Do higher amount of gas for a month & stomach pain around belly button for a week (gets relieved after motion) indicate stomach ulcer or liver tumor?
Try to alter your diet to see if that brings relief. If that does not help, you should consult a doctor for the stomach pain as that may be due H pylori infection.
