There is no easy answer here but a few suggestions:
1. Swallow less air. This is best achieved by eating slower, not talking when eating, and eating less temperature hot foods (when food is hot we inhale a lot of air to cool it down)
2. If this doesn't help, simethicone (gas-x) can help dissolve gas particles and make gas easier to pass

Gas build up: If you know it's a gas build up, drinking warm water and applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen helps break down the gas and enables you to pass it. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals helps to prevent the gas build up. ...Read more

How long?: Your profile is pretty confusing since it says you are 21 and you say you are 54. How long has the pain been going on for? While it doesn't sound that concerning, given the discrepancies on your chart, I'd err on the side of caution.
