Would suggest making sure you get the same amount of sleep every night, meaning that if you have to wake up early you compensate by going to sleep earlier. Bloated stomach: hello ~ these symptoms may not be indicative of anything other than that you should eat more slowly, chew longer and swallow less air. BUT, it could be something more ominous.
