How To Put A Belt On Football Pants
My son got a rash from his football pants. They were wet from rain water. What type of rash would this be?
Two possibilities: Either irritation from the pants rubbing on his skin or "jock itch" which is a fungal infection caused by the fungus, tinea cruris. It's not serious and is readily treatable with a combination cream which contains a steroid and an antifungal medication; one such med is Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) cream (it's available in its generic also). Apply it sparingly twice daily for a few days (until the rash is gone). ...Read more

I am not aware of any exercise that can result in removal of localized fat deposits. The best reason for liposuction is "a localized fat deposit that doesn't respond to diet and exercise." you may want to investigate this with a surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery if the belt fat is bothersome enough to you.

Height?: Courtney, to determine healthy weight ranges it is also necessary to know the height of your son. Either way, I'd be cautious about getting into the habit of losing weight just for football.
