Assuming you're not a diabetic on Insulin experiencing hypoglycemia, the only other endocrine condition to consider would be pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, which are rare as hens' teeth. No easy answer: Talk it over in more detail with your physician. There are a few medical causes for excessive perspiration that should be excluded. However, assuming there is no underlying cause, there really is no simple solution. Some people just sweat more than others and there isn't any great answer above or beyond common sense solutions.
